VANILLA GREEK YOGURT OVERNIGHT OATS

VANILLA GREEK YOGURT OVERNIGHT OATS
Make it tonight. Wake up to breakfast. High protein, zero effort.
What you need:
  • 1 tub Frutty Fro Yo Vanilla Greek Yogurt (350g)
  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup fresh milk
  • 1 ripe banana, sliced
  • 1 tsp honey
  • A pinch of cinnamon
  • A small handful of mixed nuts or seeds (optional)
How to make it:
  1. Add your rolled oats and milk into a glass jar or bowl and stir to combine
  2. Spoon in your Frutty Fro Yo Vanilla Greek Yogurt and mix gently
  3. Layer banana slices on top
  4. Drizzle with honey and dust with cinnamon
  5. Cover and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours
  6. Wake up, grab your jar, add a few extra banana slices on top and enjoy cold

Heading to the gym in the morning? Make two jars the night before and keep one in the fridge for after your workout. Works just as well at 6am as it does at 10am (and it travels well in a jar if you’re eating on the go).
